Donation Policy

1. Foundation-Wide Contribution Model

ALLALIVE FOUNDATION operates on a unified, foundation-wide contribution model. All charitable contributions are received directly by the parent entity and deployed across approved charitable objects:

• The Animalist: Direct field rescue, emergency veterinary trauma stabilization, inpatient clinical care, community feeding, and rehabilitation. (Primary operational focus).
• The Greenist: Native urban and rural tree plantation, micro-forest development, and ecological stewardship frameworks.
• The Womanist: Functional women’s literacy workshops, community health awareness, and dignity initiatives.
• The Humanist: Supplemental child nutrition and foundational learning support for vulnerable community youth.

In adherence to non-profit financial governance, we do not permit arbitrary vertical earmarking or speculative impact pledges that cannot be verifiably tracked on our audited balance sheet.

2. Payment Gateway Status & Electronic Contributions

All Alive Foundation strictly refuses to display unverified checkout widgets, personal payment handles, or simulated donation gateways.

3. Contribution Acknowledgement & Documentation

Every verified contribution received by All Alive Foundation is acknowledged in accordance with Indian regulatory standards:

• Electronic Receipt: An electronic donation voucher containing the Foundation’s legal entity name, CIN, PAN, and transaction reference is transmitted to the donor upon transaction settlement.
• Certificate of Appreciation: A formal gratitude certificate may be issued upon request following approved Foundation design guidelines. (Note: A Certificate of Appreciation is an honorary acknowledgement, not an official tax exemption certificate).

4. Tax Deduction Eligibility (Statutory Position)

ALLALIVE FOUNDATION is provisionally registered as a charitable entity under Form 106 pursuant to Section 332(8) of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (Unique Registration Number: ABGCA7913AE20261; DIN: ABGCA7913AE2026101).

5. Refund, Correction & Dispute Policy

Charitable contributions made to All Alive Foundation represent unconditional voluntary donations committed to non-profit public welfare. Consequently, donations are generally non-refundable once committed.

However, we recognize genuine technical and banking errors. A refund or correction may be reviewed under the following strict conditions:

• Accidental Duplicate Charges: If a technical error causes your payment method to be charged more than once for a single intended donation.
• Erroneous Payment Amount: If an unintended amount was entered due to clear typographic error, provided notice is submitted within 7 banking days of the transaction.
• Unauthorized Fraudulent Usage: If your card or account was used fraudulently without your knowledge, subject to confirmation from the issuing banking institution.
